Beach in February

We live less than 30 minutes and 20 miles from the coast. There's an awesome boardwalk along the beach that is just so much fun. We like to run along the sandy beach, putting our feet in the water, and then eating ice cream. There's also a splash park that Zoe just loves!

What's really interesting is that instead of everything being in Spanish, everything is in French! Who knew it, but Fort Lauderdale is the wintertime home for thousands of Québecois (people from Quebec, Canada), or "Floribécois".

Yes, I think we like it here.
